Why don't you look for some native speaker to practise your English by Skype or ICQ? It would be much more productive for you...

I don't use Skype :( And I hate ICQ. I want to use ways I like. And I want to speak more correctly. I'm not sure native speaker will tell me about my mistakes.

I used to use ICQ when I was 20. And now I think it is for teenagers. Skype disturbs my private life. I don't mind have video conferece at work, but not at home.

I absolutely agree with you that it's very good practice.
There is only one problem - to find such a native speaker))
But I think that living meetings (like a meeting from this topic) are very useful too.
You don't get used to the manner of speaking and pronunciation only one person.

Meetings are OK. I won't argue about their use - it is obvious. My comment was about communication on the Internet only.
