As far as I remember, I didn't ask for advice, did I? I'm not interested in easiness for you. It's my blog - you are absolutely right. Why don't you establish your rules in your blog? I'm not your student. I'm annoyed with peoзle and teacher like you. Total tactlessness and arrogance.

You know I would write these sentences another:
1. "I've been studying English for the past 4 years".
(Present Perfect Continuous tense)

or
"I sdudied English 4 years" (Simple Past)

It depends of meaning what you wanted to report.
