А у них можно прямо на месте купить? Или обязательно заказ делать по телефону и с их доставкой?

Привожу пример расчета для ребенка весом 10 кг (внимание Антошкиной маме):
1 раз в 3 дня надо вводить 64,5 мкг/кг что равно 0,0645 мг/мл.
Если ребенок весом 10 кгх0,0645 мг=0,645 мг надо вводить 1 раз в 3 дня.
Дозировка метилкобаламина 25 мг/мл
Составляем пропорцию:
25 мг - 1 мл
0,645 - х мл
х=0,645:25=0,026 мл
Вот такую дозу надо вводить одномоментно ребенку 10 кг. Аналогично рассчитайте для своих детей со своим весом.

Марина, т.е. если покупать шприц 1 мл, то его можно разделить на 4 укола?

Я так понимаю, что нужно делать следующий заказ ))). Но сегодня мне отвечают уже насчет 24. Неразбериха у них. Видимо число заказов стремительно увеличивается.

Я списалась с этои аптекои, посылаю вам всю мою переписку, но только она на англииском языке. Выскажите, пожалуйста, свое мнение об их дозировке. Если ребенок весит 17-18 кг. какую дозу я должна у них покупать для одного укола?

Аll informations are right,we can supply Kirkman products, TD DMPS made by Buttar and MB12, actually the MB 12 is not made by wellness..
We can ship in Israel, we should use Fedex and the shipment cost is very high: over 70 euro (we have to control).It arrive in 2 days, in a cool pack with ice inside.
The cost for Mb12 0.1 mL shots is 7 euro each injection, 6.5 euro for 0.05 mL injection.
No script required, the kind of injection dipend on the weight of Child, usually under 25 kilos the small type (0.05 mL), over the big one (0.1 mL)...
Q: Do the MB12 shots you provide have the required concentration: 25mg/0.1and are they preservatives free?
Usually in europe we ship with EMS italian postal courrier tha cost 35 euro.
Of course you can visit us for buying Mb12, We are in Chiasso, Corso S. Gottardo 25, 200 mt after the custom with COMO (Italy), if you use the train we are just under the train station of chiasso.....
We are open 8.00 to 18.30 , saturday : 8.00 - 17.00 , no holidays
The injection are preservativ free and have that concentration (2500 mcg the 0.1 mL injection, 1250 mcg the 0.05 mL)
