Ja s programmerami voobshe nikogda ne obhshalas. :)) S resume tozhe problem osobo net - na interview chasto zovut. Vot na raboty berut namnogo rezhe. :))) No voobshe, ja na etu raboty popala - mne vazhno bylo bystro kuda-nibud. Soglasilas na pervuju popavshujusya. Dali na 10k bolshe chem ja rasschityvala poluchit.:) A sledujushuju uzhe budu bolee obstojatelno iskat, no kogda poduchus. Chtoby shilo na mylo ne menyat. :)) MOzhet i na to, chto ty opisyvaesh natknus. :))

Я вообще пока не знаю что мне нравится. Но привязку к концу квартала я считаю меньшим злом, чем неожиданные авралы и общение с клиентами. Базы данных в принципе люблю. :))

PURPOSE OF JOB
To provide financial advice and detailed financial plans concerning the strategic management of funds, cash flow, investment opportunities and co-ordinate the AOP to assist in the financial management of the various sites within the Telecom SBE.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides financial expertise in the review and analysis of financial information for resource allocation, management of short-term cash flow, control and reporting, expenditure and revenue justification, and project costing.
Continue to incorporate simplicity in the AOP process and reduce cycle time for reporting and analysis for the various sites covered by the Telecom SBE.
Champion process improvements in financial planning and total cost input processes for all sites within SBE.
Sets direction for financial planning process and develops detailed financial plans and reports by collecting data, identifying financial goals and objectives, analysing financial history and records, preparing financial tables, evaluating financial performance indicators, researching investment opportunities, acquisitions and the like.
Conducts research and analysis to support variety of activities, such as risk analysis and assessment, financial performance and overhead projections.
Recommends financial proposals concerning the strategic management of funds and cash flow, projections on accounts receivable and payable.
Liases with investment brokers, trust officers, investment underwriters and mortgage brokers to investigate possible, viable sources of investing the company's funds.
Anticipate the needs of internal and external customers.
Follows workplace operating and environmental, health and safety procedures and guidelines.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in a accounting, finance, business administration or equivalent, and
3-5 years (minimum) experience in financial analysis within a high-tech, manufacturing environment. A track record demonstrating increasingly responsible positions with some supervisory experience is required. CPA, CA, CMA, or MBA preferred. Some international exposure in a financial setting is a definite asset.
SPECIALIZED SKILLS:
Direct knowledge of Hyperion (consolidation software) and SAP
Skills in analysis, judgement and communication. Knowledge of financial planning and forecasting, cash flow management, budgetary cycles, estimates preparation, revenues and expenditures, cost benefit analysis, and capital planning and control.
Bilingual (English/French) preferred
EFFORT and WORKING CONDITIONS:
Office environment.
Moderate travel. (25%)
Moderate extended working hours.
Frequent pressure to meet deadlines.

Я уже вроде поняла, что ты делаешь или понимаешь :)) Моё больше похоже на 2) у меня, как я говорила. Более стратегическое что ли, чем финансовое. Мне, к примеру, бух учёт вообще никаким боком не нужен. Даже когда я часть бюджета компании предсказываю :)) 23.03.2002 02:31:54, Вечное лето

Повезло. Мне обычно не везет. Поэтому я себе беспроигрышные варианты подыскиваю. И еще очень не люблю ощущение, что мне некуда пойти. Ты приспосабливаться можешь, а я, например, буду уходить, если сменится начальник на неподходящего мне. Или если коллектив поменяется и раздражать меня начнет. А уходить с потерей я не люблю. Только с повышением. :))

Я имела ввиду, что если ты захочешь уйти из этой компании, у тебя есть 100% уверенность, что ты найдешь примерно то же самое, а скорее всего даже лучше, потому что опыт уже больше, и потому что твоих недостатков не знают? :)

Хорошо вам. От нас что-то вообще никто не уходит. Все вокруг по 10-15-20 лет работают. Это меня пугает. Потому что мне кажется держаться особо не за что. :))
