Добрый день! может не много не по адресу.. Простите... Не могу загрузить фотографию на конкурс Хорошо сидим, далеко глядим. Помогите пожалуйста.

Я загружаю фото, висят часики, а потом появляется страничка с английским текстом и все... А какие ограничения, может фото большое

Уменьшила до 152, все равно не получается хотя раньше загрудалось. Как еще меньше сделать не знаю...
